In a short span of time, I have been given opportunities to express my enthusiasm about Korean food in different ways. Here is a list of my culinary participation so far - hopefully the list will grow over time with my continued exploration.

I participated in the Korean food dictionary project by translating almost 400 Korean dishes from Korean to English, which is to be published in 2011.

My recipes of "Forbidden Risotto" and "Soba Pasta with Tarragon Cream Sauce" made to the finalist list for Chef's Challenge 2009 sponsored by the magazine Vegetarian Times.
