Any leftover ingredients from making kiddie kimbap (꼬마 김밥)?
Just make a bowl of bibimbap out of it. I was done with danmuji (sweet radish pickle) and scallions. No problem. I added sautéed asparagus and a poached egg. Make sure you add some laver (김 - gim, a.k.a. nori) flakes. I just used the leftover Dijon mustard & honey sauce, but a dollop of gochujang would add a nice kick to it.
